As with all island properties, brief utility interruptions can occasionally occur; our team resolves them promptly. The villa is professionally maintained year-round.

To ensure everything is prepared to your liking, please request this service before arrival, and we’ll provide the price list and arrangements.

Concierge Service: Our dedicated villa manager is available to assist you, answer any questions, and provide local recommendations to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Transportation Arrangements: Whether you need transport for exploring the island or an airport round-trip, we’ve got you covered. Let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange it for your convenience.

A refundable security deposit of 30,000 THB will be kindly requested upon check-in.

Electricity and Water Fee Consumption: As is standard for private estates on Koh Samui, electricity and water are metered and billed at cost at the end of your stay (electricity 7.8 THB/kWh; water 500 THB/night). If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged upon request.

Island Infrastructure: While Koh Samui is a tropical paradise, occasional power outages or internet disruptions may occur due to the island’s infrastructure. Our team is always on hand to resolve any issues promptly to minimize any inconvenience.

Pest Control: The property undergoes monthly pest control treatments to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for your stay.
