★ View point from villa’s terrace, you will see the wild sea-view vista and Phangan Island. There is free parking area at the lower level or you can park the nearest area which is in front of the building. The pool can be access from the living room and bedroom’s door.

Please note: Due to its hillside location, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the villa safely.

★ During guest’s stay period. There is Guest’s group for you to request for any issues or suggestion along your stay until departure date.

★ Pre-arrival date: Villa admin will use the contact number information in booking detail to communicate with the guest before few days before arrival date to make sure for transport shuttle option, meeting point or any preferred requests to noted.
- Taxi Shuttle Reservation: Please reserve in advance and also provide flight no., number of guests and baggage. * In case you book taxi service by yourself, please make sure the driver should know-well about villa road and area to avoid raising up the price in the ending *

★ Arrival date: Admin will be waiting for your coming at the villa and assist you to coordinate with taxi driver to make sure you will arrive at the villa perfectly
- Please kindly prepare Damage Security Deposit in amount of 10,000 Thai Baht or 300 Euro/Dollars

★ Depart date: Admin will be at the villa for checking-out the guest and return the key. We will coordinate in advance before depart date for well-preparing the shuttle and make sure you will arrive the airport in time base on your flight information.

★ Damage Security Deposit will be deduct with the other additional fees during stay by these following detail

- Smoking will be allowed in area of outside building / terrace.
- Music sound should not reach to the neighbor area.
- Damage on furniture or guest’s amenity will be charged to guest fee for cleaning or buy new in case can't return to the original condition or not be able to serve the other guests.
- Please keep the pool towels away from pool to avoid falling into the pool, that can be color damage on towels and can’t not cleaning.

There are four bedrooms in Villa YU Samui. But the moment you see this building for the first time, you stop counting rooms. You stop counting anything. Because rising before you, carved into the Koh Samui hillside in a cascade of sculptural curved forms and floor-to-ceiling glass, is something the island has never seen before.

Not a villa in any conventional sense. An architectural statement. A private compound that looks, from the air, like a luxury vessel that descended from the sky and decided this particular hilltop view was too extraordinary to leave.

The approach prepares you. As you climb toward Villa YU, the coastline of Koh Samui unfolds below, the green mountains, the curved bay, the deep turquoise of the Gulf of Thailand stretching toward the horizon. By the time you arrive at the gate, you are already above the island. Already somewhere different. That feeling of elevation, of separation, of arrival at a place most people will never find, does not leave you for the entire duration of your stay.

The architecture is the first thing guests photograph and the last thing they forget. Sweeping barrel-vaulted rooflines curve and flow in organic forms that echo the tropical hillside rather than impose upon it. Every material chosen, every angle calculated, every glass panel positioned with a single intention: to place you as close as architecturally possible to one of the most spectacular ocean panoramas in Southeast Asia.

Four bedrooms across multiple levels each deliver the same extraordinary promise, the ocean, visible and luminous, through floor-to-ceiling glass from the moment you open your eyes. The master bedroom experience is particularly singular: a king bed facing a full-width sliding glass wall that opens directly onto the pool terrace, a single coconut palm framing the view, and beyond it, the open Gulf of Thailand in a shade of turquoise that seems almost artificially blue until you understand that it is simply this part of the world, seen from this height, on a clear morning. Every room is a retreat. Every window is a masterpiece.

The private gym ensures that Villa YU does not ask you to interrupt your standards on holiday. Fully equipped and privately contained within the villa compound, the gym is available exclusively to your group. Train at dawn with an ocean view, or at midnight if that is when you need it.

At checkout, the process is managed together, and your deposit is returned.

Smoking is welcome on the outdoor terraces. But strongly prohibited the indoor areas of the villa.
