The master bedroom experience is particularly singular: a king bed facing a full-width sliding glass wall that opens directly onto the pool terrace, a single coconut palm framing the view, and beyond it, the open Gulf of Thailand in a shade of turquoise that seems almost artificially blue until you understand that it is simply this part of the world, seen from this height, on a clear morning. Every room is a retreat. Every window is a masterpiece.

The private gym ensures that Villa YU does not ask you to interrupt your standards on holiday. Fully equipped and privately contained within the villa compound, the gym is available exclusively to your group. Train at dawn with an ocean view, or at midnight if that is when you need it.

Every stay at Villa YU Samui is supported by our dedicated villa team from first contact through to departure. We reach out seven days before arrival to coordinate transport, confirm preferences, and ensure every detail is prepared.

On arrival day, the team meets you at the villa, walks you through the full property, and delivers the kind of local knowledge that only genuine insiders possess.

A private communication line remains open throughout your stay for anything you need, from additional services to immediate assistance. At checkout, the process is managed together, and your deposit is returned.

Smoking is welcome on the outdoor terraces. But strongly prohibited the indoor areas of the villa.

House Rules

→ A refundable security deposit of 30,000 THB (accepted in other currencies)

→ Smoking permitted on outdoor terraces only — never inside the villa

→ Music at a respectful volume, off after 10:00 PM

→ No food or glass inside the pool area; pool towels to be kept dry

→ No pets (small pets negotiable pre-booking)

→ Please close all windows and lock the entrance when leaving the villa

→ If there is damage to furnishings or amenities, will be deducted from the security deposit

Electricity is metered at check-in and check-out. Charged at 7.5 THB per kWh and settled at checkout.

Pest Control: The property undergoes monthly professional pest treatment to ensure a clean, comfortable environment for every stay.

Island Infrastructure: Koh Samui is a tropical paradise, but occasional, brief power or internet fluctuations can occur due to the island's infrastructure. Our team is always on standby to resolve anything quickly and minimise any inconvenience.

Hillside Access: The final stretch of road to the villa rises steeply — a 4WD vehicle is recommended for the climb. Our team is happy to arrange one for you in advance.
