Once you have made a reservation, we will contact you 7 days before the arrival date to confirm the transport shuttle option, meeting point, or any preferred requests to be noted.

If you need taxi transportation, please reserve in advance and also provide flight number, number of guests, and baggage. In case you book taxi service by yourself, please make sure the driver is well-informed about the villa road and area to avoid price increases at the end.

Our team will be waiting for your arrival at the villa on your arrival date and will process the check-in for your stay.

There is a Guest Services group for you to request any issues or suggestions during your stay until your departure date.

Please kindly request to inform in advance about your departure time, and our team will be at the villa for checking out and collecting the key.

We will coordinate in advance before the departure date to prepare the shuttle well and make sure you will arrive at the airport on time based on your flight information.

When booking your stay, there are several important details to ensure a seamless and delightful experience at Villa Baya:

Security Deposit: 10,000 THB or 300 EUR/USD (cash only) is requested upon check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out minus any additional charges.

Electricity & Water Consumption: Electricity is charged at 7.5 USD per kWh with water usage 500 USD per stay.

Cleaning Request: Extra cleaning is available upon request (does not include linen/towel changes unless specified).

Laundry: Laundry service is available through our partner shop, including pickup, washing, ironing, and delivery.

Please note: smoking is only allowed outdoors (terrace or garden area).

Please keep music at a respectful level and avoid disturbing neighbors.

Kindly request: pool towels must be kept out of the pool water to avoid color damage.

While Koh Samui is a tropical paradise, occasional power outages or internet disruptions may occur due to the island's infrastructure.

Please kindly note that the villa undergoes monthly pest control treatments to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for your stay.
