- Please kindly prepare Damage Security Deposit in amount of 10,000 Thai Baht or 300 Euro/Dollars

★ Depart date: Admin will be at the villa for checking out the guest and returning the key. We will coordinate in advance before the departure date for well-preparing the shuttle and make sure you will arrive at the airport in time based on your flight information.

★ Damage Security Deposit will be deducted with the other additional fees during stay by these following details
- Electricity fee 9 THB / KWH (Unit)
- Water Included in Price
- Extra Cleaning by Special Occasion Requested Excluding Bedsheet/Towels Changes
- Laundry by Partner's Shop Process of Pick Up, Wash, Ironing, Deliver
- Damage Charge *Price will be charged to the guests with FINE RATE which will be higher than market price including the processes of re-providing fee*

- Smoking will be allowed in area of outside building / terrace.
- Music sound should not reach to the neighboring area.
- Damage on furniture or guest's amenity will be charged to guest fee for cleaning or buy new in case can't return to the original condition or not be able to serve the other guests.
